RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
(Effective for all orders placed on en.simandroz.com)
At SIM and ROZ, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention and undergoes strict quality inspection before leaving our studio. For hygiene, craftsmanship, and customization reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we gladly offer exchanges on eligible pieces as outlined below.
1. No Returns
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final.
SIM and ROZ does not accept returns or refunds for any order, including international shipments.
This applies to:
- Change of mind
- Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
- Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items only.
To qualify for an exchange, the piece must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In perfect, resellable condition
- Free of scratches, dents, or any signs of wear
- Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories
SIM and ROZ reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Items with engraving or alterations
- Resized rings
- Earrings and piercing jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Products missing their original box, certificate, or accessories
4. Exchange Process

Email us at info@simandroz.com to request an exchange.
Shipments sent without prior approval will not be accepted. - Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
- After the item arrives at our studio, it undergoes a detailed inspection by our craftsmen.
- Upon approval:

- You may exchange the piece for any in-stock item.
- If the new item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If the item does not pass the inspection, it will be sent back to the customer without exchange.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- All shipping costs related to exchanges (outbound or inbound) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees for exchanged items are also the customer's responsibility.
6. Damaged or Used Items
Items that arrive with any of the following will not be eligible for exchange:
- Scratches or dents
- Bent prongs or misshapen bands
- Signs of wear or resizing
- Missing stones
- Missing original packaging or certificates
Such items will be returned to the customer as received.
