SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
(Effective for all global orders placed on en.simandroz.com)
At SIM and ROZ, each piece is crafted, inspected, and prepared with care before it is shipped to you. Please review the information below regarding processing times, international delivery, duties, taxes, and shipping conditions.
1. Processing Time (Order Preparation)
All orders are processed and prepared within 5–7 business days.
This preparation period includes quality control and secure packaging for international transport.
Please note:
• Some pieces may require additional time during peak seasons or restock periods.
• If an unexpected delay occurs, our team will contact you via email.
2. Fulfillment Location
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our Istanbul Studio.
This may affect:
• Estimated delivery times
• Duties and tax calculations at your destination country
We ship worldwide.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs conditions:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 4–9 business days
- Gulf Countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait): 3–7 business days
- Rest of World: 5–12 business days
- Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier procedures, or high-volume periods.
4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling charges, or clearance fees, depending on the regulations of your destination country.
These costs are not covered by SIM and ROZ and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Important notes:
• Duties and taxes are not included in product prices.
• SIM and ROZ cannot control or predict these charges.
• Customs delays may extend delivery times.
• Refusal to pay import duties does not qualify as a return; the package will be returned to us and reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.
Orders over $2,000 qualify for complimentary international shipping.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of shipping promotions.
In some regions, complimentary shipping may apply during promotional periods; eligible offers will be clearly stated at checkout.
6. Delivery Conditions
To ensure a smooth delivery:
- Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address.
- Couriers may require local contact information for delivery or customs processing.
- If the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt re-delivery or redirect to the nearest pickup location.
SIM and ROZ is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Recipient unavailability
• Refusal to accept duties/taxes
• Local courier restrictions or customs limitations
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SIM and ROZ is no longer responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide any necessary documentation to support your claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully completed.
SIM and ROZ is unable to replace or refund orders that are shown as delivered, including cases of theft after delivery or missing parcels at the delivery address.
All international shipments may require additional processing by customs authorities. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside of our control.
8. Exchanges Only (No Returns)
Due to the nature of fine jewelry and for hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, SIM and ROZ does not accept returns.
However, we gladly offer exchanges on eligible pieces within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The piece is unworn
- It is in perfect, resellable condition
- All original packaging, certificates, and accessories are included
Custom-made pieces, engraved items, resized rings, altered jewelry, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for exchange.
